LOVESHACKFANCY
DALLAS
In our studio, we called this Dallas location the “store that Zoom built”. Over several months, hundreds of screenshots, texts and shared screens, this LoveShackFancy flagship store was conceived. Located in the beautiful Dallas suburb of Highland Park Village, the space spans approximately 2000 square feet.
When we started the design, we spoke a lot about the area, and the women who lived there - the women of Dallas dress up and are always put together - they never disappoint. We were discussing our muse when James blurt out, “Joan Collins”! And that was it… our muse was born.
This 2000 square foot store is pure fantasy, with a floral trellis wallpaper on the ceiling, to the plaster rose vine freize from England, to the hand painted column inspired by a selfie which Rebecca, the LSF founder, texted us one night while she was out to dinner.
A 19th century store cabinet from France makes up our check out counter, the chandeliers were found down the street from our studio in Amsterdam, and the lovely round lobby sofa was found by Rebecca’s mom, Nancy, in Palm Beach. The store was a true family affair which we were happy to be invited to work on. The result is one of our favourite LSF stores which we have designed so far.
